1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Zenivorn website (zenivorn.com) and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms. The website and store are operated by TANORIA LLC, whose registered details will be published here once finalised.

2. Products & descriptions

We take care to describe each instrument accurately, including its optical specifications and intended use. Illustrations are stylised representations and do not depict the exact physical appearance of an item. Specifications are provided by manufacturers and may be updated without notice.

  • Astronomical instruments are precision optical devices; performance depends on observing conditions, light pollution and correct setup.
  • Where an instrument is intended for a specific use (for example, a solar wedge for refractors only), you agree to follow the stated safety guidance.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your items.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Customs duties or import taxes for international orders are your responsibility.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is complimentary on qualifying orders over €75 within applicable regions. Thresholds and regions are shown at checkout.

5. Returns & cancellations

You may return unused instruments in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Optical items must be returned with caps and protective materials intact. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

  • Faulty or mis-described items will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you, including return shipping.
  • Items showing use, dew damage or missing components may be subject to a reduced refund.

6. Warranty

Instruments are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable, in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

7. Safety notice

Never point any optical instrument at the Sun without certified solar filtration designed for that purpose. Permanent eye damage can result instantly. Zenivorn accepts no liability for injury arising from misuse of solar or other equipment contrary to the supplied instructions.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or a purchase is limited to the price paid for the relevant item. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
